A perfect meal usually ends with the sweet treats and at Big Fish Restaurant we were served a beautiful por-tion of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream topped with caramel. The texture, the balance between the rich dark chocolate cake, moist caramel and frosty vanilla ice-cream topped off with pie crumb sprinklings.
As for digestifs, why not try one of Big Fish Bar cocktails, Andaman or Isaan. The first is a sour drink made with local Phuket rum, and with a rich but refreshing taste; the latter is made with sweet mangoes mixed with Thai liquor giving it a light and satisfying taste.
